NEET EXAM – Important Points to Note
NEET Aspirants should know the following points in terms of exam dates, syllabus and question paper pattern.

NEET Syllabus:
Syllabus of the NEET Exam is notified by National Medical Commission for NEET (UG) .The Question Paper will be based on the given syllabus which is available on the link mentioned below:
(https://www.nmc.org.in/neet/neet-ug).
NEET Exam Pattern:
The exam pattern of NEET (UG) – 2022 consists of four Subjects. Each subject in turn consists of two sections.
Question Paper Pattern:
- Total Questions to be answered for each subject is 45 Questions out of 50 Questions.
- All 35 Questions to be answered in Section “A” for 140 marks.
- 10 Questions to be answered out of 15 questions in Section “B” for 40 marks.
- So, the total number of questions and utilization of time will remain the same.
- Students are required to note that every correct answer will be awarded Four marks (+4)
- Any wrong option marked will be given one negative mark. (-1).
- Any unanswered question carries zero (0) Marks.
- Duration of Test is 3 hours and 20 min.
NEET is not only for MBBS admission but also for admissions to all seats of UG Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy Courses.
