The approximate RBI assistant salary is Rs.32,528/ month that includes various allowances such as DA, HRA etc.,
In order to apply for RBI Assistant jobs, one must satisfy the following conditions,
– Aged between 20 – 28 yrs as on 1.10.2017 (OBC: +3yrs & SC/ST:5 yrs)
– Should have min. 50% marks in degree (UG) aggregate (only for gen/obc) as on Oct 1, 2017
– Must posses knowledge of computer operations (MS-Office, Word etc)
Candidates must know to read/ write & speak the language of the state where the office located is required.
The RBI assistants recruitment exam 2017 consists of a preliminary & main examination. Prelims is an online test comprising of objective type (computer based) questions for 100 marks in
i) Reasoning ability
iii) Numerical Ability.
Only those who pass in each test & secure minimum cutoff marks shall qualify for the RBI assistant main examination scheduled in the month of December 2017.

There are negative marks for each wrong answer – 0.25 marks would be reduced.
Based on the no. of vacancies in each zone only those ranking at the top shall be shortlisted for it.For final selection the marks in main exam & interview would be considered.
Registration & Fee Details:
The application fee of Rs.450 (Gen/OBC) & Rs.50 (SC/ST) can be paid only via online mode.
Applicants are to specify their individual/ father/ husband names correctly with proper spelling as it appears on mark sheets.Any differences may lead to disqualification of candidates from taking part in this RBI assistants 2017 recruitment.
Online: Fill the online application & choose ‘online payment’ option to transfer money immediately using Debit/ Credit/ ATM cards or Net banking.
• After successful transfer, a registration no. & password would be generated which you`ll need to note.
• If the amount was deducted but application did`nt go through due to some error, re-apply again.The transferred amount shall be refunded back to your account in due course.
